Groombuggy is the nation's premier mobile dog grooming company. We are growing rapidly. We are taking a Silicon Valley tech startup approach to the mobile dog grooming industry. We are looking for a part-time Analytics Manager. The Analytics Manager's goal is to build and maintain clean dashboarding for key company, team, and individual-level metrics. We have built an analytics roadmap and foundational infrastructure, now we need someone to take the baton and build v1 dashboarding on top of the foundation.

Our data infrastructure has two foundations:
- Salesforce. We operate much of the business out of Salesforce - CRM, invoicing and payments (with Square integration), customer messaging (with Twilio integration). We can build a lot of what we need using Salesforce Reports and Dashboards. We have many core Reports already built, they need to be visualized cleanly with Dashboards.
- Postgres.



We have data sources outside of Salesforce as well (e.g. hourly clock in / clock out and compensation data for our team of dog groomers using a tool called Deputy). For these we stitch together the data via API. Our tech stack here is: a Postgres database managed by Aiven, ETL services provided by Stitch, data transformation by DBT, and visualization in Google Sheets using Coefficient.

Our analytics roadmap is foundational to our scaling. We are heavily data-driven and need dashboards on all kinds of things at our fingertips. The Analytics Manager will be the key owner of the roadmap.

This role is adecuado for someone who has managed data analytics at an operationally complex business operating in the real world (we have lots of vans and groomers out on the road every day) using the tech stack noted above. We would love someone who has flexibility to dial hours up and down as needed, is highly responsive
