- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute and supervise the financial entity's complete accounting cycle.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements.
- Perform bank reconciliations, account analysis, and accounting provisions.
- Support and coordinate internal and external audit processes.
- Ensure compliance with tax obligations, including VAT, income tax, and PPM.
- Prepare regulatory reports for the CMF.
- Participate in automation and continuous improvement of accounting and financial processes.
- Collaborate with Treasury, Risk, and Compliance to ensure correct accounting attribution of financial operations.
- Generate financial reports for head office or supervisory bodies.
- Document results and follow up on corrective actions when necessary.

Requirements
- Título cualificado de Contador Auditor o carrera afín.
- Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en contabilidad financiera, idealmente en bancos, compañías de seguros, fintechs o instituciones reguladas.




- Conocimiento avanzado de normativa IFRS y regulaciones de la CMF.
- Manejo de ERP contables (deseable Oracle).
- Excel avanzado; manejo de herramientas BI (Power BI, Tableau).
- Experiencia en fiscalizaciones y auditorías.
- Knowledge of and compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
- Experience preparing and analyzing financial statements, bank reconciliations, account analysis, and accounting provisions.
