Position Overview

As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will join our Electrical Engineering team and play a key role in the technical development, design, and execution of complex engineering projects. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and take ownership of engineering deliverables while providing technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the electrical engineering scope for national and international projects.
- Develop and review electrical engineering designs and technical deliverables.
- Prepare and review one-line diagrams, electrical schematics, equipment layouts, and design documentation.
- Design and specify medium- and high-voltage electrical systems, including substations, transformers, switchgear, grounding systems, and protection and control systems.




- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and strategic partners to ensure successful project execution.
- Perform electrical studies, including load flow, short-circuit, arc flash, protection coordination, grounding, and related analyses.
- Support multidisciplinary project teams to develop integrated and constructible engineering solutions.
- Mentor, train, and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
- Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, codes, and client specifications.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering projects.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
- Demonstrated experience in electrical power systems design and engineering.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
