Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Service Coordinator in our electrical company division. As a Service Coordinator, you will oversee the scheduling and coordination of service appointments, ensuring efficient and seamless operations. The role involves managing client communication, supporting customer service efforts, and collaborating with team members to facilitate daily operational tasks.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Service Coordination and Operations Management
Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities
Experience in Customer Service with a focus on problem-solving and client satisfaction




Organizational and time management skills
Adaptability and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with the home services industry is a plus

Key Responsibilities
Receive and process work orders from customers
Enter work orders and job details into our system
Coordinate technician schedules based on availability and job priority
Communicate with tenants to arrange service appointments
Source and order parts from suppliers as needed
Track job progress and provide updates to customers and the team
Maintain accurate records and documentation
