About the Role

As an Application Development Engineer, you'll be the technical bridge between our products and the customers who rely on them. You'll work directly with customers and internal engineering teams to identify challenges, recommend the right products and specifications, and help develop new applications and business opportunities. This role blends hands-on engineering problem-solving with customer-facing technical sales support — idóneo for someone who enjoys variety, ownership, and seeing a solution through from concept to delivery.

What You'll Do

Develop and support customer applications using technical and engineering expertise

Meet with customers and engineers to assess requirements and recommend proper products and specifications, backed by data

Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers and prospective customers

Troubleshoot and help solve customer problems

Partner with sales teams to support accounts and, on your own accounts, secure orders and coordinate delivery

Plan and modify products to meet customer needs

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field

3–5 years of engineering work experience; sales experience is a plus
