We're looking for ambitious Appointment Setters & Sales Closers to join our growing team. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential—ideal for self-driven individuals who want their income to reflect their performance.

? What You'll Do Appointment Setting

- Identify and qualify potential B2B clients
- Reach out via LinkedIn, email, and other outbound channels
- Start conversations and build relationships with prospects
- Schedule qualified discovery calls
- Maintain accurate outreach and follow-up records

Sales Closing

- Conduct discovery and sales calls
- Understand client needs and present tailored solutions
- Handle objections with confidence
- Negotiate and close deals
- Ensure a smooth handover to the delivery team

? Who We're Looking For

- Excellent English communication skills
- Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated
- Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills




- Comfortable with LinkedIn, CRM tools, and virtual meetings
- Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, business development, or client acquisition is a plus (but not mandatory)

This is a strictly commission-based role.
