In this role, you'll be the mastermind behind our next hit video, dreaming up unique, engaging content that resonates with audiences and keeps them coming back for more. If you have a knack for storytelling, a passion for social media trends, and the ability to think outside the box, we want you on our team!

? What You’ll Be Doing:

- Develop the framework for original, high-performing viral short-form videos.
- Collaborate with the content creator to bring ideas to life in a way that feels authentic and engaging.
- Lead brainstorming and writing sessions to produce funny, relatable, meme-worthy content.
- Research trends, memes, and strategies to stay ahead of the Instagram algorithm.
- Optimize content for maximum retention and shares.

- You can pitch creative, clear, and concise ideas and visualize them in detail.

- Work from home
- Base pay of 1,500 USD/month after the trial period.
- Performance-based bonuses: our average Creative Director earns 2,000 USD/month, and top performers achieve 3,000–4,000 USD/month.
- A fully online role with versátil hours (40–45 hours per week).
