As Grand Circle continues to expand its integral travel offerings, we are growing our Accounts Payable team and are currently looking for a Junior Accounts Payable Analyst to join our Buenos Aires office.
Role Overview
- Perform and monitor Accounts Payable processes following company best practices
- Ensure accurate and timely payments to vendors
- Support analytical reporting related to AP activities
Key Responsibilities
- Control and process AP invoices in accordance with contractual terms
- Maintain professional communication with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Reconcile and analyze monthly reports
- Identify, raise, and resolve issues promptly based on facts and company guidelines
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor
- Strong analytical skills and solid knowledge of spreadsheet applications
- Microsoft Excel experience is a plus
- Highly organized, detailâoriented, and strong problemâsolving abilities
- Selfâmotivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fastâpaced, changing environment
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (no weekends)
- Work modality: Onsite
