Job Responsibilities

- Packaging & Unboxing Experiences: Lead structural and visual packaging design, creating production-ready dielines, box layouts, label concepts, and premium unboxing collateral, primarily for eCommerce and CPG brands.
- Brand Identity & Systems: Support branding initiatives by establishing cohesive visual identities, color palettes, print guidelines, and physical design systems.
- Print & Marketing Collateral: Design print-ready collateral, including promotional merchandise, marketing brochures, insert cards, signage, and display graphics.
- Image Editing, Retouching & Mockups: Execute high-end Photoshop editing, color correction, label placement, and photo-realistic mockup rendering with meticulous attention to detail.
- Digital Brand Extensions: Produce supporting digital assets across channels, including social graphics, eCommerce product photos, and digital ad creative to complement packaging launches.
- Emerging Tech & Innovation: Incorporate 3D rendering, AI-assisted workflows,



and CAD/dieline utilities to accelerate output, generate realistic packaging renders, and elevate design quality.
- Cross-Functional & Vendor Collaboration: Partner closely with prepress teams, print vendors, copywriters, and marketers to ensure structural dielines translate seamlessly into physical finished goods.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Core Competencies

- 3–5+ years of professional experience in packaging, print, and graphic design (agency experience preferred).
- A portfolio showcasing strong packaging layouts, print-ready dielines, typography, brand identity systems, and physical product presentation.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
- Thorough understanding of print production processes, pre-press checks, bleed settings, color profiles (CMYK/Pantone), material finishes, and dieline engineering.
- Experience integrating modern 3D rendering, design systems, and AI-driven utilities into the daily workflow.
- Strong English communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to print vendors, clients, and internal teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple packaging projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight production deadlines.

Bonus Points

- Experience with 3D digital rendering and packaging visualization (Blender, Cinema 4D, Adobe Dimension, or KeyShot).
- Hands-on experience designing for major eCommerce and CPG platforms (Shopify, Amazon asset requirements).
- Proficiency in motion graphics or micro-animations for showcasing 3D packaging assets online (After Effects).
