Role Purpose
Lead the visual excellence of projects,



from developing Key Arts and visual systems from scratch to their large-scale adaptation and production, ensuring quality, consistency, and craft throughout the entire process.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the visual development of Key Arts and campaign assets, from conceptual exploration to final execution.
- Translate creative and strategic territories into solid visual proposals, working closely with Creative Directors, Strategy, and Art Directors.
- Orchestrate end-to-end visual development, ensuring clear direction, quality, and on-time delivery.
- Guide Art Directors, Visual Designers, and Retouchers on both creative development and versioning projects.
- Be a hands-on contributor, actively participating in conceptualization, design, and visual resolution.
- Protect the creative intent of the masters during their adaptation to different markets and formats.
- Oversee visual quality and craft prior to QA and final delivery.
