Overview
Marketing Transformation Manager is a senior-level position within the Marketing transformation vertical of Accenture GN Song. The role leads and oversees strategy, design, development and implementation of data monetization use cases and strategies to transform clients.
Responsibilities
- Assist and grow client portfolio by strategizing and consulting on data monetization opportunities and use cases.
- Deliver highest service levels, advise clients on leveraging data to meet KPIs and increase revenue, setting right incentives and providing valuable industry insights.
- Position CN- Marketing Transformation practice as a strong premium data strategy organization.
- Empower decision makers to execute realistic, constrained, actionable insights.
- Strong project management, mobilize and organize across multiple stakeholders (client and internal) and projects.
- Stakeholder management & communication; experience in marketing/selling programmatic digital products, DMP, CDP or comparable SaaS solutions to agencies/trading desks.
- Work with Capability Network,



Market Unit leadership and Advanced Analytics teams: support business development and thought leadership in data monetization.
- Communication and presentation skills to share idóneo pitch with key stakeholders.
- Client handling skills to develop, manage and deepen relationships with key stakeholders.
- Team building skills to collaborate, work and motivate diverse teams to achieve goals.
- Leadership skills with strong communication, problem solving, organizational and delegation skills to nurture and inspire team members.
- Engage with client leadership to collaborate on solutions and approaches that enhance ability to meet business objectives.
- Support new business opportunities: participate in pitches and RFP responses.
