Genesis Orthopedics & Sports Medicine is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Growth Operations Associate to support our expanding operations and lead growth-focused initiatives across the organization. Key Responsibilities
Operational Support
- Improve and streamline internal workflows to drive operational efficiency across departments
- Manage internal systems such as EPIC and CRM platforms to track leads, referrals, and key growth metrics
- Develop, document, and standardize operational processes and best practices
Business Development
- Partner with leadership to identify and evaluate opportunities for market expansion and revenue growth
- Conduct market research and data analysis to support strategic planning and business decisions
- Monitor performance metrics and deliver insightful reports and recommendations
Marketing & Outreach
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns aimed at acquiring new patients
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with referral sources, partners, and external stakeholders
- Track outreach efforts and performance, providing data-driven insights to optimize strategies
Project Management
- Oversee growth-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Provide regular updates on project progress, roadblocks, and key milestones to stakeholders
Administrative Support
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and stakeholder follow-ups
- Assist with other growth-related tasks and special projects as needed
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and healthcare systems (experience with EPIC is a plus)
