Job Description

En TÜV Rheinland Argentina estaremos incorporando un Asistente administrativo para el Departamento de Servicios Industriales. Su principal tarea será administrar el control de viáticos y brindar apoyo general al equipo de coordinadores, entre otras responsabilidades.

Tareas
- Gestionar y controlar viáticos incluyendo la solicitud y la validación de comprobantes y facturas.
- Procesar y enviar las rendiciones de gastos al área administrativa.
- Gestionar la emisión de pasajes y la reserva de hospedajes.
- Controlar el inventario de elementos de protección personal y gestionar su reposición.
- Completar formularios para el registro de controles internos del área.
