The opportunity:
This role provides key support within EY’s Americas Sustainability and Community Impact team including operational and analytical assistance for EY’s Corporate Responsibility portfolio. The role will have a particular focus on helping coordinate compliance due diligence related to the nonprofit organizations which EY supports through Community Engagement Funding and/or EY Ripples volunteerism. The role will also support the Community Engagement Funding (CE Funding) process and portal management.
Based within Integral Delivery Services (GDS) Argentina, this role will work primarily with team members based in the United States thus requiring flexibility and comfort operating across a range of activities and geographical time zones that vary based on evolving priorities.
Key responsibilities:
Non-profit due diligence support:




- Assist the compliance due diligence process assessing nonprofits/NGOs that EY supports via Community Engagement Funding and/or EY Ripples volunteer initiatives.
- o The nature of this work might include exposure to discussions involving topics related to geopolitics, inclusivity, and the evaluation of support for beneficiary organizations and populations.
- Maintain, organize and track requests, diligence files and approval documentation for a Risk Committee that decisions nonprofit support requests
- Help review funding requests and volunteer initiatives to ensure alignment with EY policies and internal approval requirements
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support timely escalation, follow ups, and resolution of compliance related questions

CE Funding Portal Management
- Support all aspects of the CE Funding Portal and process – particularly risk protocols (as noted above), documentation requirements, and related analyses. Provide support to Executi
