This role is pivotal in defining and driving research-based solutions to tackle the most complex technical challenges inherent in the Oil & Gas industry.

You will act as a design leader, working closely with cross-functional leadership, including principal engineers and senior project managers, to create elegant, scalable, and effective user interfaces that simplify highly complex tools and processes.

Your primary role is to define and lead the design of interfaces and processes that optimize user productivity across the enterprise, ensuring solutions are scalable and address complex systems-level challenges.
- Integrate & Drive Research Strategy: Take ownership of integrating and translating insights from UX research into actionable design strategies, ensuring the final product is user-centered, evidence-based, and strategically sound.
- Create & Govern Design Artifacts: Produce and guide the development of high-fidelity design artifacts (wireframes, prototypes, and design systems), ensuring design consistency and clarity across multiple product lines.
