Job Purpose

Financial Analyst supports operational and financial effectiveness by analyzing results, preparing reports, and providing insightful explanations for quarter‑end earnings, forecasts, and plan deliverables.

Primary Job Accountabilities/Responsibilities
- Analyze monthly operating variances and summarize key business metrics, comparing vigente results to forecasts and plans.
- Develop and maintain reports to assess historical expense performance and project future outcomes for planning/forecast cycles.
- Prepare and distribute month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end financial reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in financial, accounting, and data quality.
- Utilize software tools such as Excel, PowerBI, and other databases to compile, manipulate, and format data.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Participate in operational meetings to gather insights and support management in evaluating business decisions.
- Apply critical thinking to challenge assumptions, identify root causes,



and propose innovative solutions.
- Assist operational teams in preparing and managing their budgets.

Required Experience, Skills, And Knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Accounting.
- Fluent English.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and data interpretation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong analytical, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non‑financial stakeholders.

Preferred Experience, Skills, And Knowledge
- Familiarity with financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP platforms.
