Qualifications
- Proven ability to safely operate scissor lifts and other elevated work platforms, including performing routine equipment checks.
- Experience working in industrial, construction, or data center environments, with a strong focus on safety and hazard awareness.
- Basic understanding of cabling, racks,



and general IT or electrical infrastructure (experience with data centers is an asset).
- Physical ability to work at heights, lift moderate loads, stand for extended periods, and navigate busy work sites.
- Valid certification or license for scissor lift / aerial work platform operation as required by local regulations.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to follow instructions and collaborate with onsite technical staff.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in a similar role or trade is preferred.
