About The Role
As a Crisis Response Agent, you will make an impact by monitoring developing global events, assessing potential risks, and providing timely, accurate intelligence to support critical decision-making. You will be a valued member of the Crisis Response team and work collaboratively with team leads, cross-functional stakeholders, and client teams to identify and elevate incidents that may affect people, operations, or business continuity.
In This Role, You Will
- Monitor and research emerging general events, including natural disasters, geopolitical developments, public safety incidents, and other crisis situations.
- Analyze information from online, public, and internal sources to assess impact and determine escalation requirements.
- Escalate incidents of concern accurately and promptly to appropriate stakeholders in accordance with established procedures.
- Collaborate with team members, support teams, and key stakeholders to ensure effective communication during developing situations.
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance operational efficiency,



reporting accuracy, and overall service quality.

What You Need To Have To Be Considered
- Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Journalism, Digital Media, International Studies, Communications, or a related field; technical degrees will also be considered.
