Syneos Health is seeking a Safety Specialist I to join our Pharmacovigilance & Safety team in a role focused on processing and quality control of safety information. You will enter ICISR data, code events, and generate narrative summaries in line with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
The position requires knowledge of safety databases, medical terminology, and an understanding of clinical trials across phases II–IV or post‑marketing safety.
