The GPS (Graduate Program of Stellantis) is a development program designed to attract, accelerate, and grow high-potential talent, preparing the next generation of company leaders. Over a two-year journey, participants will experience a structured development path, including rotations across different areas within their selected cluster, exposure to senior leadership, and participation in strategic projects with real business impact.

Connects markets, customers, brands, products, and commercial strategy to drive growth and competitiveness. We are looking for individuals with strong business acumen, an analytical mindset, and curiosity to turn data and market trends into strategies and results.
Customer Services (Customer Journey, Parts & Services, and Quality)
Focused on customer experience, services, quality, and delivering value to consumers.



This area is dedicated to enhancing the customer journey by transforming insights into continuous improvements for customers, dealer networks, and the business. We are looking for individuals with an analytical profile and strategic mindset who are interested in understanding customer behavior, improving customer experience, and driving sustainable results.
Industrial Areas (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Purchasing)
Responsible for operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and strategic purchasing, ensuring efficiency, innovation, and competitiveness across the business. We are looking for individuals with strong analytical capabilities and a systems-thinking approach, interested in operational and strategic challenges, and capable of connecting data, processes, suppliers, and people to deliver impactful results.
