Overview
As a Risk Analyst, you will proactively identify and counteract fraudulent behaviors—including bonus abuse, chargeback patterns, affiliate fraud, and AML/CFT risks—through data-driven analysis and hands-on investigation of customer accounts.
You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and contribute to fast, accurate decision-making that supports a safe gaming environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily risk reports and take action to detect and mitigate fraud or chargebacks.
- Screen accounts for suspicious activity (e.g., bonus abuse), and handle withdrawals in line with company procedures.
- Investigate and escalate fraud cases as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalations and optimize processes.

Qualifications
- Experience: At least 1 year in a similar risk/fraud detection role.
- Skills: Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Strong in English.
- Bonus if you’ve worked in the iGaming industry





Location & Work Model
- Based in Buenos Aires.
- Hybrid work model with flexibility.
- Schedule 3pm-12am may include weekends and holidays rotational.
