What You’ll Do
- Provide live chat, email, and Slack support with clarity, urgency, and empathy, with no waiting or forms.
- Configure and maintain client accounts during implementations, applying custom configurations and making ad hoc updates as needed to ensure smooth go‑live.
- Troubleshoot platform issues end‑to‑end using tools like Intercom, Knowledge Base, ChatGPT, Loom, or other creative solutions.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, and CX teams to identify issues,



document feedback, and ship smarter processes.
- Own the entire support inbox: from first response through resolution, including escalating when necessary and keeping customers informed with clear, proactive updates. Outside support hours, build documentation, playbooks, FAQs, and workflow improvements.

What We’re Looking For
- B2B SaaS experience (2–4 years) in support, implementation, or technical account roles, ideally at a fast-moving startup or scale‑up.
- Excellent communication: clear, proactive, personable support with trust‑building transparency.
- Tech‑savvy and resourceful: independent troubleshooting, love learning new tools, and figuring things out without step‑by‑step guides.
- Social media fluency: bonus for experience in social or community‑led platforms or for staying ahead of social trends.
