This role reports to the Global Associate Director within the Secure Access / Office Technology team. Secure Access manages a portfolio of in‑office technologies including physical access, mobile credentials, secure print and scan, and digital lockers. These services ensure EY people can securely access buildings, devices, and equipment with minimal friction, while meeting global security and compliance standards.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced,



highly skilled and detail-oriented Digital Lockers Operations Technician with EY Secure Access. The successful candidate will be responsible for the setup, operation and maintenance of Digital Lockers and server equipment. The Digital Lockers Technician will work closely with the customer to meet deadlines and maintain efficiency in the printing. Should be open to work in rotational shifts.

You will be part of a team of highly professional and skilled infrastructure technicians working 24*5 and on call during weekends. You and the team will work within a complex general environment in collaboration with other technical teams on the ongoing projects and delivered services are of high importance. You will need to have the ability to work in a technically complex environment and at the same time understand, follow and help to improve workflow and processes.
