Job Description

The Success Manager will be the primary point of contact for the client in Argentina and Uruguay, ensuring the successful execution of CRM campaigns. This role acts as a bridge between the client's needs and the delivery team, ensuring timely and effective campaign delivery. The Success Manager will focus on understanding market needs, collaborating on CRM strategies, and ensuring the successful execution of local CRM plans.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for the client in Argentina and Uruguay, building strong relationships and understanding their marketing objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the CRM managers to define and implement the local CRM strategy and plans.
- Lead the client brief intake process, working with client to gather detailed requirements for each campaign and ensuring clear communication to the delivery team.
- Translate client briefs into actionable tasks for the delivery team.




- Work with the team to ensure campaigns are executed on time and to the client's satisfaction.
- Understand the market needs and challenges, as well as animation plans, to ensure timely delivery of requested campaigns.
- Contribute to the development of annual, quarterly, and monthly roadmaps for executing local plans (animation, catalog).
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Share best practices and recommendations with the broader CRM team.
- Focus on constructing a solid client brief.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Success Manager.
- Experience with CRM principles and practices.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Advanced English proficiency.
