We are looking for an experienced recruiter to drive end‑to‑end recruitment processes and stakeholder management across LATAM. This role will work full‑time on a fixed‑term contract/contractor basis for at least 6 months.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate on talent attraction and acquisition strategies globally (we operate in more than 100 countries, your exposure will be truly integral).




- Partner closely with senior leadership to build and execute talent strategies that align with the company's global vision and priorities.
- Lead change management initiatives alongside senior leadership, ensuring that our workforce is adaptable, resilient, and aligned with organizational changes.
- Work closely with hiring managers, offering strategic guidance to support informed talent decisions.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis and provide insights into talent pools and trends.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to anticipate hiring needs and talent gaps.
- Ensure a fair, equitable, and innovative approach to attracting top talent.
- Utilize collaborative, data-informed insights to enhance talent strategies, evaluate success metrics, and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with the global Talent Acquisition and HR teams to create an agile team environment and enhance candidate experience for global recruitment
