Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for an Associate Campaign Specialist to join the team to create, execute, and measure customer engagement campaigns across the channel portfolio in a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Argentina.
Our client is a US-based provider of a platform for customer engagement, lifecycle marketing, and analytics and data solutions.
This position is for a specialist who is excited about digital marketing, curious about consumer behavior, and eager to continually expand their knowledge of digital platforms and marketing best practices.
The perfect candidate is someone who feels at home working with data, loves exploring campaign concepts and best practices, and is eager to share that knowledge with the customers, a “keyboard warrior” who executes campaigns quickly and accurately.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in campaign operations, lifecycle marketing, or CRM execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success managing campaigns across multiple digital channels.




- Experience with campaign execution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical customers and internal stakeholders
- Collaborative skills and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment both within a team and independently.
- Strong project and time management skills to balance multiple customers and projects simultaneously.
- Experience experimenting with AI tools in your personal or professional life - or an eagerness to learn.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for the successful execution of campaign messages and customer journeys.
- Manage the end-to-end campaign process, including briefing, segmentation, a/b testing, and customer approval.
