Job Responsibilities
- Sourcing and managing subcontractors and suppliers in Indonesia, including verification based on company procedures;
- Enquiry, commercial negotiation and bidding organization;
- Subcontractors evaluation, selection and agreement signing;
- Maintain relationship with subcontractor, no limited to subcontractor assessment, regular meeting, and high-level communication;
- PO and payment management;
- Complete procurement system and process formulation;
- Procurement team building; give work instruction to staff;
- Performs any related tasks given by manage

Job Requirements and Qualification
- Has a minimum Diploma degree in any major;
- Has a minimum of 3 years of working experience in a telecommunication company and managing vendors is a MUST;
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
