The opportunity
The Early Careers Recruiting Coordinator provides support and assists with executing our Early Careers recruiting strategy and various customer-service aspects of the recruiting process. The Early Careers Recruiting Coordinator supports Recruiters by coordinating and managing candidate interviews and serving candidates and recruiting personnel in other aspects of the recruiting process, including candidate processing and internal recruiting updates, communications, reporting, and risk management procedures.



Serve as the primary recruiting coordinator for the Early Careers Referral Relationship Managers. The Referral Relationship Managers (RRMs) manage all PPMD referral candidates, guiding them and their referring stakeholders through the recruiting process while ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience from referral intake to final disposition.
Your key responsibilities
- Responsible for the administration of the Early Careers referral management recruiting strategy
- Utilizes the Early Careers Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in order to track and report on candidates for standard pipelines, referral management, etc.
- Complies with and participates in risk management objectives by supporting steps related to resume, application, transcript, and onboarding / pre-hire requirement reviews, and all steps related to the hiring process from offers to evaluations, etc.
