The Opportunity
As a Technology Product Owner Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the strategic direction of our technology initiatives within our Risk and Compliance practice. You will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of innovative solutions that align with our business objectives and compliance standards. As a Manager, you will lead teams, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff.



You are accountable for the execution of project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members’ unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on expectations.
