Redtree Engineering, part of CSI's general network, specializes in engineering, project management, and construction support services for power systems, industrial facilities, mission-critical infrastructure, and complex energy projects.

We are seeking Semi-Senior Mechanical Engineers to join our Redtree LATAM team in Buenos Aires and contribute to thermal power generation projects for the U.S. market. This role offers the opportunity to work on international projects alongside a specialized technical team, developing expertise across the full engineering lifecycle.

Position Overview

As a Semi-Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will join our Mechanical Engineering team and contribute to the design and development of thermal power generation facilities. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across conceptual, basic, and detailed engineering phases, taking ownership of assigned deliverables while working to U.S. project standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop mechanical, process, or piping engineering deliverables for thermal power generation projects.




- Prepare and review technical documentation, including datasheets, specifications, calculations, and equipment lists.
- Support the sizing and specification of mechanical equipment, piping systems, and balance-of-plant systems.
- Contribute to P&ID; development, heat and mass balance review, and hydraulic or thermal calculations.
- Collaborate with electrical, instrumentation, civil, and structural disciplines to deliver integrated engineering solutions.
- Support technical coordination with vendors and clients throughout the engineering phases.
- Apply applicable U.S. and international codes, standards, and client specifications.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and drawing records.

Required Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering.
- 6–10 years of experience in industrial or energy projects.
