Role Description

This full‑time on‑site Technical Support Engineer Bilingual role is based in Mar del Plata. The role involves providing front‑line technical support to end‑users, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software,



and network issues, and escalating complex problems when necessary. The Technical Support Engineer will handle service requests, document incidents, and maintain accurate records in ticketing systems. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include troubleshooting on‑site issues, coordinating with internal teams, supporting installations and configurations, and ensuring minimal downtime for users. The role also requires delivering clear and professional customer support in two languages, maintaining a high level of service quality, and contributing to continuous improvement of support processes.
