We’re looking for a Technology Lead – HR IT (different levels of seniority) to join an international team and lead technology initiatives supporting HR systems and processes.
- Experience in HR Technology / HRIS / HR IT
- Experience with platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UKG, or similar
- Strong knowledge of HR systems, integrations, APIs, and data
- Experience leading technology projects and working with cross-functional teams
- Advanced English is mandatory: B2–C1 minimum.
- Requerimientos- Educación mínima: Terciario
