As theAccounts Payable Specialist,you’llbe the key point of contact for vendors, ensuring that all payments are processed accurately and on time.You’llalsobe responsible forclear, proactive communicationregardingpayment schedules, whilemaintainingfinancial accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuretimelyandaccurateprocessing of vendor invoices and payments
- Communicate regularly with vendors to confirm payment timelines and address inquiries
- Monitor the AP inbox and respond to payment-related questions
- Track outstanding payables and prioritize payments based on due dates and terms




- Provide support withadditionalfinance-related tasks as needed by the Finance team.

You:
- Speak excellent English, both written and spoken
- Are highly organized and detail-oriented
- Havea desire to learn about the vacation rental industry
- Are comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets
- Are proactive and able to follow up on open items without reminders
- Can communicate clearly and professionally with both internal teams and external vendors
- Are tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software tools (experience with accounting platforms is a plus)
- Work wellindependently and manage your time effectively
- Are a team player who is open to feedback and willing to grow in the role

While the position is primarily remote, some in-person and on-call responsibilities arerequired:
