Job Responsibilities
- Facilitate and drive processes to completion by following up on Risk Management Consultant requests and assisting client teams
- Understand firm and regulators’ Risk Management rules and policies
- Review client-team submissions for completeness, accuracy, and appropriateness
- Liaise between client teams, Risk Management members, and firm functional areas
- Formulate answers to client questions
- Apply analytical and project management methodologies and tools
- Learn the firm structure, business strategies, service lines, and people
- Build a network within Risk Management and across the firm
- Plan and organize own work and keep stakeholders informed of status and activities
- Apply judgment to initial consultations and submission reviews
- Provide feedback to continuously improve processes
- Work independently to meet CBTS Case Manager and traveler requirements for successful business travel
- Participate in regular and ad-hoc meetings with the onshore team
- Communicate with CBTS Case Managers and the team regarding expectations, capacity,



and training needs
- Develop and maintain relationships with CBTS Case Managers and operational stakeholders, including Internal Tax & Immigration Experts, Talent, and Procurement

Requirements
- Good written and oral communication skill
- Good negotiation skills and decision-making capabilities
- Experience in managing larger team, prioritizing tasks and delegating responsibilities
- Expertise in MS Office tools: Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word
- Willingness to work in shifts, including night shifts
- Graduate or PG
- 1–3 years of work experience
- Any relevant certifications are an added advantage
