Position title: SAP iXp Intern – Sales Operations
Sales Operations roles are successful when optimizing productivity,



raising the quality of the respective support / tasks performed and increasing (internal) customer satisfaction.
General role responsibilities are:
- Administrative tasks and daily office functions
- Monitoring the sales operations process and initiatives
- Proactively give qualitative and quantitative feedback using standard procedures and reports
- Data entry in CRM
- Document all the campaign execution using the adequate systems correctly (work together with manager/expert as necessary)
- Contract tracking
- Central contact and all other ad-hoc support as needed by manager and his/her team
- Managing workflows and monitoring items likepurchase orders, internal orders, distribution lists, inventory etc.
- Preparation and follow up of meetings and larger external events for Managers
