Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities
- Advanced university students of Business Administration, Actuarial Science, Translation, Industrial Engineering, Economy, or related careers, with approximately one year or slightly more remaining until graduation.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- Availability to work 19 hours per week.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and disciplined, capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
- Team-oriented, with strong collaboration and emerging leadership skills.
- Proactive and dynamic, able to perform well under pressure.
- Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen.
- Strong data skills, including proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of Power BI and/or SQL, to analyze and interpret data to support decision‑making.
- Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., generative AI)

Role Overview

Start building your career while completing your degree. The Drive the Future Program in Argentina offers structured training, meaningful work, and exposure to how JPMorgan Chase operates. Participants collaborate with experienced professionals and contribute to initiatives that support teams across the firm. The initial engagement is 6 months, with the possibility of extension up to 12 months based on performance and business needs. This is a part‑time role requiring availability in Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires.
