As Grand Circle continues to expand its general travel offerings, we are growing our Accounts Payable team and are currently looking for a Junior Accounts Payable Analyst to join our Buenos Aires office.
Role Overview




- Perform and monitor Accounts Payable processes following company best practices.
- Ensure accurate and timely payments to vendors.
- Support analytical reporting related to AP activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Control and process AP invoices in accordance with contractual terms.
- Maintain professional communication with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Reconcile and analyze monthly reports.
- Identify, raise, and resolve issues promptly based on facts and company guidelines.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Previous Accounts Payable experience preferred (not mandatory).
- Strong analytical skills and solid knowledge of spreadsheet applications.
- Microsoft Excel experience is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and strong problem-solving abilities.
