What will help you succeed in this opportunity?
- Advanced or bilingual English proficiency (mandatory).
- Bachelor's degree and relevant professional experience.
- Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
- Experience in document support, office administration, legal services, BPO, or professional services environments.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with legal technology and AI solutions is a plus.
