- Lead the architectural and technical design process
- Develop creative and functional solutions meeting client requirements and industry standards
- Oversee design quality through regular reviews and guidance to the design team
- Maintain the project's Documentation Set and BIM model as complete, accurate, and up-to-date
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, consultants, and other project team members
- Participate in design and construction coordination
- Ensure seamless integration of architectural and technical project aspects

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- 3+ years of experience in architectural design and technical development in construction projects, preferably in a BIM environment
- Advanced/Native English speaker; only Advanced/Native English speakers will be considered
- Profound knowledge and experience using BIM software such as Revit, ArchiCAD, or others
- Previous work experience developing projects for the US is required
- In-depth working knowledge of construction, with emphasis on production work in a team environment and project setup




- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment and collaborate with different teams and disciplines
- Enthusiastic, team player, and quick learner
