Position Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Ticket Management Jr Analyst to support daily service delivery activities and ensure smooth communication between field teams, customers, and internal stakeholders. This role is responsible for coordinating service requests, tracking operational activities, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting the execution of field service operations. The adecuado candidate is organized, customer-focused, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while following established processes and service level commitments.
Key Responsibilities
Service Request Coordination
- Create and maintain service requests in internal systems.
- Ensure service requests contain accurate information, including appointment details,



service requirements, and customer information.
- Track service progress and support SLA compliance monitoring.
- Generate and update operational tickets as required.

Operational Support
- Coordinate service appointments with field teams and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor scheduled activities and provide follow‑up when needed.
- Support daily operational processes to ensure timely service delivery.
- Assist in identifying and communicating potential service delays or issues.

Access and Documentation Management
- Review customer communications and process access‑related requests.
- Maintain and update access records and supporting documentation.
- Collect, organize, and manage required customer documentation.
- Ensure operational records are accurately maintained within established timelines.

Communication & Stakeholder Coordination
- Communicate appointment details and service
