The Role
At Sovos, we're looking for an Implementation Consultant to guide new clients through their onboarding journey. You'll own the entire implementation lifecycle, from kickoff through handoff, ensuring every project delivers on time with quality and care. This is a client-facing role where your ability to translate business needs into technical solutions will directly shape how successfully clients adopt our platform.
More Specifically, You Will
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process, building trust and guiding them from kickoff to go-live.
- Develop and manage project plans, proactively identify risks, and resolve issues as they arise to keep implementations on track.
- Complete configuration tasks and document all setup detail
