The Opportunity
The Senior Reports Analyst is responsible for delivering reporting, analytics, regulatory communications support, and operational process improvements for Fund Management. This role plays a critical part in ensuring data accuracy, reporting integrity, cost allocation transparency, and regulatory compliance while supporting business decision-making through advanced reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead reporting and analytics initiatives by integrating data from multiple enterprise systems, databases, and business sources to support business decision-making and operational effectiveness.
- Create innovative reporting solutions, dashboards, and analytical tools using Access, Excel, SQL, and related technologies to improve data quality, controls, and operational efficiency.
- Oversee cost allocation processes, ensuring internal and external expenses are accurately allocated to fund partners and lines of business while identifying opportunities for automation and process optimization.
- Manage the development, maintenance, testing, and enhancement of reporting applications and databases that support Fund Management operations and regulatory requirements.
