Program Details
- Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina
- Program Length: Up to 18 months
- Work Schedule: 19 hours per week
- Career Area: Human Resources (multiple opportunities available)

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities
- Advanced university students of Human Resources / Business Administration / Psychology or related careers.
- Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency.
- Some experience in the area is appreciated.
- Availability to work 19 hours per week.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and disciplined, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.




- Team-oriented, with strong collaboration and emerging leadership skills.
- Proactive and dynamic, with the ability to perform well under pressure.
- Data skills, including proficiency in Excel and AI tools to improve productivity, analysis, and problem-solving, using sound judgment and following applicable guidelines.
