We are seeking Client Partners with a clear prospecting bias to drive new customer acquisition in the U.S. mid-market. This is not an existing account management role. You will spend most of your time prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business, supported by an AI-powered sales stack and an internal lead generation team feeding the top of your funnel.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting and New Customer Acquisition (Primary)
- Build and work a personal pipeline of U.S.-based mid-market and enterprise targets across our priority verticals (fintech, healthcare, wealthtech, agriculture, private equity, high tech)
- Execute discovery, outreach, proposal, and close on new-logo deals.
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Solution Architects, and Delivery to build winning proposals; you own the commercial framework, they own the technical framework
- Achieve and exceed an individual target tied to new ARR and gross margin
- Lead Generation and Pipeline Building
- Consume qualified leads from the internal LeadGen team and convert them into qualified opportunities




- Generate your own outbound pipeline—you are expected to self-generate a significant portion of your closes, not just work inbound
- Execute targeted prospecting against a named account list agreed upon with the Sales Director
- Leverage our AI-powered prospecting stack (internal agents, enrichment tools, signals platforms) to compress research and personalize at scale

- Operate each step of your motion with AI leverage as the default: research, account summaries, discovery prep, proposal drafting, follow-up cadence, CRM hygiene
- Use the internal AI agents we've built (prospecting, qualification, account intelligence, call prep, follow-up) as part of your daily workflow—training and onboarding included
- Bring field signals: what works, what doesn't, what we should build next. Client Partners are first-class users of our commercial AI stack and shape its roadmap
