Is that you?
- 5+ years of experience in Program or Delivery Management within the software development outsourcing industry




- Experience in an IT outsourcing or managed services environment, focusing on execution and operational support
- Experience managing large, multi-team engineering organizations with 100+ specialists, including leading Team Leads, managers, and high-performing teams
- Advanced understanding of SDLC and delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Practical experience managing delivery financials, including budgets, forecasting, resource planning, and P&L;
- Strong client communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders, establish strong client relationships, and be seen by clients as a key leader
- Strong leadership, people-management, organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
- Upper-Intermediate+ English level
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally 3-4 times per year
