Position Overview
We are looking for a Sr. Engineering Manager to lead key engineering squads and play a key role in the evolution of Olé Life’s technology platform.
This role combines technical leadership, hands‑on engineering, and team building. You will help define the technical direction of our platform while building and mentoring a small, high-impact engineering team. Rather than managing from a distance,



we’re looking for someone who enjoys staying close to the code and contributing directly to solving complex technical challenges.
You will work closely with the CTO and cross‑functional teams across product, data, and business to build scalable systems that support our expansion across Latin America. This is a unique opportunity to build a team and shape the technology behind an emerging InsurTech platform, while operating in a fast-moving environment where speed, pragmatism, and ownership matter.
What you’ll do
- Directly lead squads and co‑lead the development of our engineering team, helping establish the technical foundation and team culture from the ground up.
- Own and drive the development of a core area of the Olé platform, aligned with your expertise and the company’s strategic priorities.
- Set technical direction and architecture decisions in collaboration with the broader engineering leadership.
- Remain hands‑on with the codebase, contributing directly to development and technical problem-solving.
