The role
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle across Central and South America.
- Win complex, high-value deals with banks, fintechs, PSPs, exchanges and digital asset businesses.
- Build relationships across commercial, compliance, legal, security and engineering teams.
- Develop territory strategy, pipeline and key accounts across LATAM.




- Translate technical infrastructure into clear commercial value.
- Work closely with product, solutions and leadership teams throughout the sales process.

Requirements
- 7+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience.
- Proven success closing complex, high-ACV deals across LATAM.
- Digital assets, Web3 or crypto industry experience.
- Experience selling into PSPs, fintechs, banks or financial institutions.
- Strong understanding of long, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
- Fluent Spanish and English.
- Based in Spanish-speaking LATAM.

Strong advantages
- Experience selling custody, wallet infrastructure, payments, security or digital asset infrastructure.
- Portuguese fluency.
- Experience covering multiple LATAM markets.
