As a Recruiting GDS Supervisor, Supervising Associate, you will be at the heart of that goal, directly engaging with the U.S. team focused on operational expertise across 6 Activation Center (AC) subteams that include Data and Analytics, Exceptional Candidate Experience, New Joiner Readiness, Quality and Compliance, Recruiting Process Excellence, Technology and Solutions.
The Opportunity
The GDS Supervisor will help strengthen TA2 Activation Center delivery by combining recruiting operations, relationship management, process stewardship and stakeholder support.



This role will manage GDS Activation Center resources as a flexible resource across the six AC subteams, supporting the U.S. onshore function and leadership by taking on work where business need is greatest, with particular emphasis on Candidate Experience, Onboarding, Technology & Solutions, Vendor Management support.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver operational support that enables recruiting teams to improve workflow efficiency and maintain consistent process execution.
- Lead, coach, and mentor team members, providing ongoing performance feedback and supporting professional growth.
- Liaise with US AC leadership to oversee day-to-day team operations, ensuring work is prioritized, assigned and completed in alignment with AC expectations and objectives.
