The purpose
Manages project delivery service type activities of Worley Argentina operation. Evaluates and enhances current operational capabilities and systems. Develops and implements company policies and procedures as well as ensures compliance with these procedures. Supports salescapture process on the development of our execution strategies for relevant opportunities.



Prepares reports and audits to monitor and improve operations effectiveness in supporting MPP and GO portfolio. Communicates and coordinates initiatives deployment with GID and different functions.

Makes independent decisions and recommendations in the course of managing multiple functional disciplines, one larger functional discipline, or a significant size project. Decisions are for long-range planning, coordination, and technical decisions that can be either specific and/or far-reaching. Develops and oversees implementation of strategic programs and policies for their groups, which may impact the region, location or large project; Ability to manage multiple complex projects through others; Works frequently with location and regional management on significant matters influencing the business results.
