How will you contribute to our magical experience?
The Facilities Manager will join the team to act as the primary on-site representative for the Facilities team, serving as the main point of contact for workplace-related needs while leading Design & Delivery initiatives, space planning,



and projects that enhance employee experience. The role ensures facilities, projects, and services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with Disney workplace standards and business needs.
The Manager, Facilitieswill be responsible for:
- Serve as the primary Facilities representative and on-site liaison for the Diego Lerner Campus, partnering with HR, IT, Security, business leaders, and regional Facilities teams to support workplace operations and employee experience.
- Lead Design & Delivery initiatives, including workplace planning, office redesigns, renovations, employee relocations, organizational moves, seating assignments, space optimization projects, workplace enhancements and the development and maintenance of office layouts and floor plans.
